Corporate Investments provide control-oriented opportunities in cash flow generating and asset-based businesses in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the GCC for our clients. We seek opportunities in both green field and existing companies that offer unique assets that can benefit over time from high barriers to entry, strong, stable cash flows and attractive fundamentals. We take an active approach to transactions, seeking situations where significant value can be unlocked. We also collaborate with existing management teams to grow businesses both organically and through acquisitions, particularly in consolidating sectors.
