The primary purpose of preparing the Human Resources Manual is to achieve transparency in all matters and aspects that affect the relations between the association and its employees and contribute to reconciling what is expected of employees with what is expected from the association’s management. The human resources policies guide is based on the relevant government regulations, including: The Jordanian, Saudi and other GCC labor systems, the social insurance system, and government decisions and circulars related to human resources policies in the private sectors. The HR Handbook includes the following main components:

  • Definitions of terms included in the guide

  • General provisions of the human resources regulation

  • The goals and objectives of the human resources regulation

  • Policies and rules related to human resources in the association, including: employment, working hours, overtime, performance management, leave, training and development, disciplinary and behavioral procedures, termination of the contractual relationship and other policies regulating human resources in the association.
